Vee is a dedicated advocate, entrepreneur, and educator committed to preserving Black homeownership, addressing home insecurity, and promoting health equity. With over 30 years of experience in community work, she has built a reputation as a trusted expert in probate, tax lien investing, and title research. Through Title and Land Justice, she provides essential services that help Black families retain generational wealth by securing property titles, navigating tax foreclosures, resolving disputes from tangled titles, and preventing real estate exploitation in gentrifying areas.

A passionate Community Health Worker (CHW), Vee bridges the gap between housing and health, recognizing home insecurity as a major determinant of well-being. Her research explores systemic wealth loss in Black communities, the impact of corporate greed on property retention, and innovative solutions such as reparations and affordable housing strategies. She frequently speaks at health conferences, housing fairs, and community events, educating residents on their rights and empowering them to take action.

Beyond her housing advocacy, Vee is a prolific author and educator, creating ebooks, courses, and workshops on tax lien investing, self-representation in legal matters, and title research. She also hosts a podcast that discusses the historical theft of Black-owned land and the ongoing fight for reparations.

A visionary leader, Vee continues to push for policies and practices that dismantle systemic barriers, ensuring Black communities thrive through economic empowerment, legal literacy, and sustainable homeownership solutions.
